We represent one of the largest Alternative Asset Managers worldwide. They are looking to reinforce their Legal and Compliance team in Luxembourg.
Your role
You will be in charge of covering all aspects of European and Luxembourg regulatory Compliance by reviewing policies and procedures, supporting the onboarding of new funds onto the platform and undertaking due diligence on delegates and service providers.
The Compliance Manager will also manage the compliance monitoring program, compliance testing and training, AML and fund related advice.
Your profile
You have a relevant work experience in a similar role within a management company or an advisory firm or big4, a law firm or with a regulator. You have good knowledge of AIFMD and other European regulations and knowledge of the alternative investment fund industry is a strong asset.
