Following a migration project, an industry-leading energy company is looking to strengthen its finance department with a Change Manager.
Your role
In this role, you will provide strategic leadership by leading the development and implementation of change management strategies. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and buy-in for change initiatives.
Additionally, you’ll oversee the execution of change plans, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions to financial operations. Clear communication plans will be developed, and training sessions will be provided to support staff in adapting to changes effectively.
Furthermore, you’ll be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with change initiatives, ensuring business continuity and compliance.
Your profile
You have a Proven experience in change management roles within the financial sector. Strong understanding of financial processes, regulations, and industry trends. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
