At GOTOfreedom we are collaborating with one of the major Private Equity firms in Luxembourg, which is based in the city centre.
They are looking for an experienced legal professional having experience in PE transactions and M&A.
Your role
You will lead the analysis and coordination of the structuring of transactions in cooperation with legal advisors and deal team.
You will supervise and implement the governance of the Luxembourg entities, coordinating and assisting in their life-cycle as well as taking over board mandates.
You will be a key point of contact with internal and external parties, such as lawyers, notaries, banks, and more.
Your profile
You have a strong Private Equity background with experience in coordinating and handling complex transactions at European level.
You have already taken board mandates and got exposed to the entire life-cycle of the holdings.
You have solid communication skills in English as well as strong organization skills.
