A large American investment group is seeking an Associate to join its Investment Funds Finance team, recently expanded to support a broader scope of activities. As part of the Luxembourg Finance team, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial reporting requirements of the AIFs, including corporate, statutory and regulatory.
Your role
You will manage fund administration with a focus on NAV production and onboarding new fund administrators. Your role includes coordinating operations, addressing regulatory changes, and overseeing offshore consultants. You’ll conduct NAV reviews, document analyses, and maintain a database of key financial indicators.
Supporting regulatory and tax reporting is also part of your responsibilities.
You’ll prepare management reports for senior stakeholders and contribute to process improvement. Enhancing internal procedures through technology and offshore support will be central to your impact.
Your profile
You have 4 to 6 years of experience in financial services, ideally gained at a Big 4 or similar firm. You bring strong technical accounting expertise, solid knowledge of AIFM regulations, and excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills in English.
