Our client, a leading European Private Equity investment platform, is strengthening its Luxembourg office. As part of structuring its activities, it is seeking to hire a Corporate Legal Officer to ensure the legal and corporate follow-up of its Luxembourg entities.
The position is integrated into the Finance / Transactions team, where it will be the sole legal function.
The offices are located in the city center of Luxembourg.
Your role
Reporting to the SPV Management team, you will be responsible for the legal and corporate management of the group’s Luxembourg entities.
You will be involved in corporate governance, preparation of legal documents, coordination of formalities, administrative follow-up, as well as providing support for operations in collaboration with internal teams and external advisors.
Your profile
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Luxembourg corporate law (within a corporate or services provider)
- Mastery of RCS / RBE requirements and governance practices
- Excellent level of English
- High level of autonomy and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
