We are collaborating with a global group active in the real estate sector.
They are looking for a Senior Change Manager with a European scope.
Your role
You will play a key role in shaping and rolling out the new Target Operating Model
That means leading projects to rethink and improve how teams work, making processes simpler, faster, and more efficient across different parts of the business.
You will run hands-on workshops to map out current workflows, spot improvement areas, and help introduce smarter, more digital ways of working. Working closely with internal teams and external consultants, you’ll make sure transformation projects stay on track and deliver real impact.
You will also keep an eye on key metrics to measure success, support teams through change, and provide coaching to help embed new ways of working for the long term.
Your profile
You have around 7 years of experience in project management and / or business transformation with an expertise in Real Estate
You bring strong analytical and communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to deliver impactful change across international teams.
