We are collaborating with an Investment Firm active in the Alternative Investments sector.
They are reinforcing their Legal team with an experienced Lawyer able to provide advice to the Group and their subsidiaries.
Your role
You will lead legal support on complex cross-border transactions in Private Equity, Real Estate, and Infrastructure, from structuring to negotiation and execution.
You will draft and review key legal documents (SPAs, SHAs, co-investments, financings), assess regulatory risks, and manage external counsel.
You will collaborate closely with investment teams and senior leadership to align legal advice with strategic investment goals.
Your profile
You are a qualified lawyer with at least 6 years of experience in the fund industry, with deep expertise in M&A in the context of alternative investments.
You are fluent in English and have strong adaptation skills, especially in terms of communication.
