Our client is a Luxembourg FinTech active in the alternative investment fund industry. Its model combines fund expertise, data and proprietary technology to make reporting processes more efficient and scalable. To support the team during a busy period, we are looking for an experienced Senior Reporting Officer (F/M) for a 3-month fixed-term contract.
Your role
Your role
- Your priority will be clear: ensure that key regulatory and investor reporting is delivered accurately and on time
- You will take ownership of reporting including BCL, CSSF and AIFMD, while working closely with the wider team
But this is not only a production role.
You will also have the opportunity to:
- Identify weaknesses or inefficiencies in existing processes;
- Improve the use of reporting and production tools;
- Work with IT and data specialists on the company’s proprietary solutions;
- Contribute to greater automation and consistency;
- Bring practical ideas to improve investor reporting and communication.
The objective is to bring someone who can be operational quickly, secure the reporting activity and leave processes better than they found them.
Your profile
Your profile
You have 3 to 5 years of experience in fund reporting, ideally within alternative investment funds, and can quickly take ownership of your responsibilities.
You bring
- Solid knowledge of Luxembourg fund reporting and regulatory requirements
- Experience with BCL, CSSF and/or AIFMD reporting
- Strong Excel skills
- A good understanding of data and reporting processes
- VBA, Python or SQL knowledge as an advantage
- Fluency in English and French
- Accuracy, autonomy and a practical problem-solving mindset
- You enjoy understanding why something is done, not simply repeating the process
