Our client, an established player in Luxembourg’s life insurance sector, is looking for a Project Manager to drive cross-functional projects and digital transformation. Working closely with senior management, you’ll have the autonomy and visibility to make a real impact.
Your role
Take the lead in structuring and delivering business-critical projects.
- Define project scope, deliverables, KPIs and timelines
- Drive execution, manage risks and keep projects on track
- Coordinate Finance, IT, Compliance and Legal teams
- Challenge stakeholders and ensure clear accountability
- Strengthen project governance, reporting and processes
Your goal: turn business priorities into measurable results.
Your profile
- Proven experience in cross-functional project management
- Strong skills in project governance, planning, risk management and KPIs
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Exposure to digital transformation or process improvement
- Confident communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders
- Proactive, structured, pragmatic and results-driven
- Fluent in French and English
- PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification is a plus
- Financial services or life insurance experience is an advantage, not a must
- Experience in cross-functional project management
