Your role
You will advise leading financial institutions on regulatory challenges and support them as their businesses evolve.
- Advise on Luxembourg and EU financial services regulations, licensing and compliance.
- Guide financial institutions through regulatory developments and business restructuring.
- Work on complex cross-border transactions alongside international legal teams.
- Act as a trusted adviser to clients, translating regulatory requirements into practical solutions.
- Contribute to business development, legal updates and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
You will combine technical legal expertise with commercial insight while developing strong international client relationships.
Your profile
- Approximately 6–10 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE), ideally gained within an international law firm.
- Qualified, or soon to be qualified, as a lawyer in Luxembourg or another European jurisdiction.
- Strong expertise in banking and financial regulation, regulatory compliance and Luxembourg/EU financial services legislation.
- Experience advising banks, investment firms, asset managers or other regulated financial institutions.
- Excellent command of English and French, written and spoken.
- Commercial mindset, autonomy and the ability to manage sophisticated client relationships.
