We are recruiting for one of the world’s leading private equity firms. You will join its growing Luxembourg AIFM, will work directly with the company’s decision makers, help building the functions and structure to establish Luxembourg as the main hub within the group.
Your role
You will own a portfolio of Luxembourg fund structures and work closely with the Head of Corporate Governance and senior management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the corporate administration and lifecycle of fund structures as the main contact for internal teams, service providers and advisers
- Leading board and shareholder meeting processes, including governance calendars, board packs and complex matters
- Implementing and improving processes, controls, templates and documentation standards
- Overseeing service-provider delivery and helping bring appropriate responsibilities in-house
- Resolving operational issues, identifying priorities and translating decisions into clear actions
This role combines senior ownership with hands-on delivery. You will help build structure, improve standards and support the development of the function.
Your profile
- From 4-8 years of corporate or fund administration experience within an AIFM or asset manager
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg fund structures, corporate administration and governance
- Good understanding of AIFMD and the responsibilities of an AIFM
- Experience improving processes, controls or operating standards
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Sound judgement, clear priorities and the confidence to challenge constructively
- Proactive, collaborative and comfortable remaining close to operational detail
