2178 - Corporate Lawyer

Our client is a leading independent business law firm, advising international and domestic clients on complex legal, regulatory, and transactional matters. With a strong local foundation and a global outlook, the firm operates at the heart of the financial centre, offering a fully integrated and multidisciplinary approach.

Your role

As a Corporate Lawyer, you will join a top-tier Corporate & M&A practice advising on a broad range of sophisticated transactions. You will be involved in private equity deals, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings, often within an international context.

Working closely with experienced partners and senior associates, you will contribute across all stages of transactions — from structuring and drafting to closing and post-deal implementation. You will also take an active role in due diligence processes and client coordination, gaining hands-on exposure to complex and high-value matters.

Your profile

You hold a Master’s degree in Law (LL.M or business-related specialisation is an asset) and have gained at least 3 years of experience in corporate/M&A within a reputable law firm.

You demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset. Curious and proactive, you are eager to develop your expertise in a collaborative and high-performing environment.
