Your role
As Senior Compliance Officer, you will act as the right hand to the Head of Compliance, providing essential support in maintaining and enhancing the firm’s compliance framework. You will independently analyse laws and regulatory developments, contribute to the Compliance Monitoring Programme, and ensure internal procedures are updated and followed. Beyond the technical scope, you’ll bring a pragmatic, business-minded approach offering sound advice that supports both regulatory integrity and operational efficiency.
Working closely with a highly experienced Head of Compliance, you’ll be trusted with autonomy, valued for your judgment, and encouraged to continuously learn and grow within an international, high-performing team.
Your profile
You have around 5 to 7 years of experience in compliance within an Investment Fund Manager environment, ideally in-house. You combine solid technical understanding of Luxembourg regulations with the ability to interpret and apply them in a practical, business-oriented way. Pragmatic, analytical, and autonomous, you enjoy working in a trusted relationship with the business, offering clear and solution-driven advice. You are fluent in English (French or other languages are a plus), comfortable with compliance monitoring tools, and you take pride in being both rigorous and adaptable. Above all, you see compliance not as a constraint, but as a function that adds real value to an organisation’s success.
