You will join an AIFM with exposure to private equity structures, Luxembourg corporate law, and a wide range of stakeholders across internal teams and external partners.

Your role
- You will support the day-to-day corporate administration of an AIFM and the investment vehicles under management, with a real focus on governance, legal coordination, and operational efficiency.
- Provide company secretarial and corporate governance support to the AIFM, alternative investment funds, and related private equity vehicles
- Organise board meetings, shareholder meetings, and conducting officers’ meetings
- Prepare board packs, meeting notices, proxies, minutes, written resolutions, and legal documents based on templates
- Support incorporations, fund lifecycle events, liquidations, shareholder registers, and bank account openings
- Assist with the setup of new funds and ongoing corporate administration tasks
- Liaise with lawyers, notaries, banks, deal teams, and local teams
- Contribute to internal and external audit processes
- Help maintain internal procedures, templates, and governance documentation
- Support regulatory filings and notifications with the CSSF and other authorities
- Arrange filings with the RCS and RBE and perform related checks and analysis
- This is a broad and practical Corporate Officer position where you will gain exposure to both legal documentation and fund governance in Luxembourg
Your profile
- You already bring a first relevant experience and you want to grow in a role requiring precision, ownership, and strong professional standards.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role within a law firm, corporate services provider, AIFM, Manco, or related environment
- Degree in Law, Legal Studies, or an equivalent background; a Master’s degree is an advantage
- Good understanding of Luxembourg corporate law; knowledge of AIFMD is a plus
- Strong written English skills and fluent English communication overall
- French is considered an asset
- Excellent communication and team spirit
- Service-minded, organised, accurate, and detail-oriented
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- High level of confidentiality and professional ethics
- Good command of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with investors
- Fluent in German is a plus
