A leading independent Luxembourg law firm is looking for an Associate Lawyer – Employment Practice (2–3 years’ experience) to join its recognised Employment Practice. Think complex cases, international clients, direct exposure to decision-makers and genuine room to grow.

Your role
Take ownership of a diverse range of employment law matters:
- Advise on dismissals, restructurings and HR compliance
- Handle employment litigation and collective labour matters
- Support clients on international mobility, immigration and social security
- Contribute to M&A transactions on employment-related issues
A strong mix of advisory, contentious work and direct client interaction
Your profile
Your profile
- Member of the Luxembourg Bar with a postgraduate law qualification
- Ideally 2–3 years’ experience in Luxembourg employment law
- Solid expertise in labour law, litigation and legal drafting
- Fluent in French and English; German or Luxembourgish is a plus
- Client-focused, proactive and a genuine team player
