Your role
Your role
Working closely with the Group General Counsel, you will bring structure, coordination and follow-through to corporate governance across the group.
- Coordinate governance activities across international entities
- Ensure corporate decisions are documented, implemented and followed up
- Act as a bridge between Legal, Finance and local teams
- Improve reporting, processes and information flows
- Keep projects moving and ensure deadlines are met
Your profile
Your profile
- Background in finance, controlling or business administration
- Experience in an international, multi-entity environment
- Exposure to an IPO process would be a strong asset
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and financial understanding
- Comfortable coordinating stakeholders across functions and countries
- Pragmatic, proactive and focused on delivery
