Our client is a private equity-backed industrial group with one of its two headquarters in Luxembourg. The group is entering a significant phase of transformation, with a strong focus on performance and value creation.
Your role
Your role
Working closely with senior management, you will drive the people and organisational aspects of this transformation.
- Lead change across the group
- Engage and coordinate geographically dispersed HR teams
- Strengthen leadership, accountability and performance
- Turn business priorities into concrete HR actions

- Experienced HR leader, ideally from an international industrial environment
- Proven ability to drive business transformation
- Strong business acumen and influencing skills
- Pragmatic, hands-on and delivery-oriented
- Comfortable working with lean structures and remote teams
- Fluent English. German is a strong asset
- Private equity exposure would be a plus
