You know how to spot potential, start real conversations and turn them into the right hire. At GOTOfreedom, this is an in-house opportunity to join our own team in Luxembourg, not a role for one of our clients. We are building a recruitment business with heart, ambition and long-term impact, and we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us in Talent Acquisition, Asset Management and financial services.
Your role
You will start where great recruitment begins: finding and engaging the right people, understanding what drives them and building trust from the first conversation.
- Source and approach talent across Asset Management, fintech and financial services
- Build strong relationships with candidates and understand what really matters to them
- Support and then manage recruitment processes end-to-end for GOTOfreedom
- Work closely with the team to turn hiring needs into smart, effective search strategies
- Use sourcing, AI and recruitment tools to work better, faster and smarter
This role is about taking ownership, learning fast and helping us build something real from the inside.
Your profile
- Around 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Executive Search
- Good understanding of Asset Management or experience in a related financial services environment
- Strong sourcing skills and a natural ability to connect with people
- A hands-on, solution-driven mindset and the energy to move things forward
- Curiosity, accountability and the willingness to step outside your comfort zone
