You are ready to step into a senior corporate lawyer role where cross-border transactions, direct client exposure, and team leadership come together in an international business law environment. Our client is a multilingual firm known for corporate law, M&A, restructuring, and legal advisory excellence in Luxembourg, and advises multinational companies, investment funds, financial institutions, and private equity actors.
Your role
This role offers a strong mix of technical corporate law work, leadership, and client-facing impact.
- Take part in the growth of a Corporate department and act as a trusted legal advisor on strategic matters
- Advise local and international clients on corporate transactions including M&A, group restructurings, refinancings, and venture capital operations
- Coordinate daily with clients, opposing counsel, and external service providers
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal and corporate documentation, including legal opinions on capacity and enforceability
- Lead, support, and coach junior team members
- Supervise legal research and contribute actively to business development initiatives
Your profile
- At least 6 years’ experience as a lawyer in Corporate law
- Master’s degree in Law
- Admission to the Luxembourg Bar, or another European Bar
- Fluent English and French, written and spoken; German would be an asset
- Solid experience in corporate transactions, legal drafting, negotiation, and client relationship management
