Your role
- You will act as a key functional partner between HR, IT, and technical teams, ensuring SAP HCM solutions support both operational needs and strategic priorities
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design documents
- Manage change requests, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives across SAP HCM
- Lead issue resolution and ticket triage with technical teams on high-priority incidents
- Support system upgrades, testing cycles, and smooth rollout of new functionalities
- Contribute to the HR IT roadmap by improving automation, integration, scalability, and user experience
- Partner with business stakeholders to prioritise solutions, support testing, and align SAP capabilities with business needs
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure compliant, accurate, and efficient integrations
- In this SAP HCM Expert position, you will combine functional expertise, stakeholder management, and transformation mindset to improve HR processes end to end
Your profile
- At least 7 years of experience as a Functional Analyst on SAP HCM, including PA, OM, Time Management, and ESS/MSS Fiori
- Strong payroll process knowledge, including tax calculation exposure; Luxembourg payroll is a plus
- Proven experience designing and implementing SAP HR solutions based on business requirements
- Solid understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR business processes
- Experience supporting projects, system enhancements, and SAP HR integrations with external systems
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, or a related field
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
