This opportunity is for a Payroll Expert to join a major international industrial group in Luxembourg, within an HR Shared Services environment supporting a complex employee population and a demanding compensation and benefits agenda. Your role
You will step into a key payroll position at a pivotal time and help stabilize, secure, and improve payroll operations in Luxembourg.
- Manage end-to-end payroll activities in a complex Luxembourg environment
- Act as a point of contact for employees on payroll, compensation, and benefits topics
- Handle tax and social security declarations, year-end obligations, and payroll compliance matters
- Support international assignment topics such as split payroll, A1 requests, and foreign authority declarations
- Maintain payroll data and documentation in SAP HR or similar HRIS tools
- Contribute to reporting, analysis, process improvement, and payroll-related HR transformation projects
- Work closely with HR, internal stakeholders, and external authorities in Luxembourg and abroad
Your profile
- 3 to 6 years of payroll experience in Luxembourg
- Strong understanding of Luxembourg payroll, tax, and social security rules
- Good knowledge of SAP payroll, SAP HR, or a similar HRIS environment
- Experience in an industrial, international, or complex business setting is a strong advantage
- Comfortable working in a changing environment with shifting priorities and ongoing transformation
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to combine accuracy with a service mindset
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with different internal and external stakeholders
- Fluency in French and English is required
