Our client is a mission-driven non-profit association, active in Luxembourg and internationally, operating across humanitarian action, education and advocacy. Your role
- You implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to sustainably support the organization’s initiatives;
- You identify new funding opportunities, manage and develop a portfolio of private and public donors, and lead multi-channel fundraising campaigns;
- Working closely with the teams and the Board, you highlight the impact of projects through clear and engaging communication, ensure proper follow-up and reporting on funds raised, and actively contribute to the organization’s visibility, credibility, and long-term financial sustainability.
Your profile
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in fundraising, ideally within an impact-driven organization
- Strong command of fundraising strategies
- Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term partnerships
- Solid experience in financial monitoring, reporting, and impact measurement/communication
- Autonomous, well-structured, and results-oriented profile
- Excellent command of French and English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
