Our client is a Luxembourg-based real estate investment platform operating across Europe. The team is lean, international and highly educated. Decision-making is direct. Standards are high. Politics are low.
The portfolio focuses on value-add strategies transforming non-core assets into institutional-grade investments, with ESG and operational performance at the core of the value creation plan.
This role is key: regulatory, strategic and operational.
Your role
You will act as Conducting Officer and Portfolio Manager, combining investment execution, asset management leadership and AIFM governance responsibilities.
On the investment side, you will:
- Source and originate opportunities across Benelux and selectively new European markets
- Lead underwriting, financial modelling and IC presentations
- Execute transactions (LOI to closing), including financing and hedging structuring
- Oversee exits and sale strategies
On the asset management side, you will:
- Take direct responsibility for Benelux assets
- Drive business plan execution, leasing strategy, capex and ESG roadmaps
- Supervise refinancings, covenants and debt maturities
- Coordinate local asset managers across Europe
As Conducting Officer, you will:
- Interact with CSSF, auditors and key service providers
- Oversee NAV review, valuations (MRICS/INREV), Lux GAAP reporting
- Contribute to Invesment risk management, stress testing and board reporting
- Lead ESG implementation (SFDR, EU Taxonomy, GRESB, investor reporting)
Your profile
- Real estate experience in value-add / non-core asset transformation
- Strong asset management background
- Deep understanding of ESG in real estate (refurbishment, CO₂ reduction, reporting)
- Strong financial modelling and transaction execution skills
- Fluent English (French is a strong asset; German/Dutch are a plus)
- Luxembourg-based or willing to relocate (full on-site role)
