Your role
You hold a pivotal position between the Board, the teams and external partners, combining strategic oversight with hands-on execution
- Turning boardroom vision into measurable action, with clear governance, strong accountability, and results that speak through transparent KPIs.
- Inspiring diverse teams through hands-on leadership, purposeful coordination, and continuous talent development that empowers everyone to perform at their best.
- Driving smooth day-to-day operations while delivering projects on time, on budget, and fully aligned with administrative and regulatory standards.
- Representing the organisation with credibility and impact, building strong partnerships and amplifying the visibility of projects, results, and social value.
Your profile
You are an operational, action-oriented manager who thrives in purpose-driven organisations (NGO, asbl) or SME, undergoing structuring and growth.
You bring:
- Proven management experience (5-7y.), ideally within an NGO or non-profit environment
- A data-driven mindset (KPIs, activity tracking, continuous improvement)
- The ability to build, structure and embed processes
- A hands-on leadership style, close to teams and day-to-day operations
- A motivating, inclusive and federating leadership approach
- Strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of Luxembourgish administrative and legal frameworks
- Fluency in English and French (Luxembourgish is an asset)
- Ease with project management tools, dashboards and office software (CRM experience is a plus)
