From plan to performance: build and grow as Directeur Commercial in Luxembourg & Belgium
Your role
As Directeur Commercial, you will be entrusted with defining and rolling out the commercial strategy in Luxembourg, and progressively in Belgium. Your responsibilities include structuring an actionable sales plan, driving new client acquisition, and ensuring lasting client relationships.
You will also lead the creation and animation of a successful sales team, closely monitor performance, and provide frequent, precise reporting to the Board. Adaptability will be key: refining offers, processes, and approaches in line with market evolution.
Collaboration will be central to your success: you will work hand in hand with peers abroad and with internal departments to foster cross-selling and ensure global efficiency.
Your profile
- Master’s degree in management, economics, commerce, or equivalent discipline
- 10–15 years’ experience in:
- Technology consulting, regulated industries, or digital transformation (Big 4, tech advisory, or equivalent)
- Sales or business development roles with strong strategic exposure
- Solid knowledge of the Luxembourg market is essential
- Visionary yet hands-on: able to design a roadmap and ensure rigorous execution
- Natural leadership, strong commercial appetite, and results orientation
- Fluency in French and English
