We are supporting a leading real estate investment services firm in Europe in scaling its Business Transformation Team. This team is at the heart of driving strategic change across the organisation, enabling performance, innovation, and long-term value creation.
Your role
As Senior Business Analyst, you’ll act as a strategic partner to business units, helping shape and implement transformation initiatives. From process mapping and business case development to solution design and stakeholder alignment, your work will directly impact operational effectiveness and decision-making.
Your profile
We’re looking for a systems thinkerwith:
5+ years of experience in business analysis in complex, cross-functional environments
Solid command of BA frameworks: process & data modelling, requirements engineering, feasibility analysis
Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and mentoring junior analysts
GOTOfreedom consultant’s point of view
