We are representing a fast-growing Fintech Startup seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead their expansion into Luxembourg.

Your role

As the Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of the business expansion. You will be the face of the brand, responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in various companies and driving the adoption of their Fintech solutions.

In particular, you will:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed targets in Luxembourg
  • Identify and approach potential clients, build strong rapport, and pitch the Fintech services effectively
  • Collaborate with the global team to adapt sales strategies and align them with regional market dynamics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to seize new opportunities and stay ahead

Your profile

  • Proven track record in sales or business development, with a network in Asset Management
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and make well-informed decisions
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a hunger to build something great from the ground up
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, allowing you to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner
