Your role
As a Corporate Lawyer (Junior level) based in Luxembourg, you’ll join a market-leading practice advising on complex, high-profile transactions. From private equity to M&A, management buyouts, and cross-border restructurings, you’ll work across every stage of the deal, from term sheet to post-closing, collaborating closely with international colleagues and clients.
You’ll also play a hands-on role in project management and due diligence, gaining direct exposure to sophisticated corporate matters shaping multinational strategies.
Your profile
You hold a degree in Law (ideally complemented by an LL.M or business-related Master’s) and bring initial experience in corporate/M&A from a reputable law firm. You’re fluent in English and French and demonstrate a commercial, pragmatic mindset. You’re motivated by learning, teamwork, and the challenge of contributing to major transactions in an intellectually stimulating environment.
