Your role
You’ll be a key link between internal stakeholders, third-party administrators, and advisors, managing the daily operations of Luxembourg-based funds and entities. From onboarding new structures to coordinating board meetings, maintaining statutory records, and supporting audits, you’ll ensure that every process runs efficiently and in compliance.
This is an opportunity to work closely with high-performing teams and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of private market funds.
Your profile
You bring at least 2 years’ experience in fund or corporate administration, ideally from a TPA, AIFM, or professional services firm.
Curious, adaptable, and proactive, you thrive in change and enjoy anticipating needs before they arise. Your communication skills, sense of structure, and team spirit make you a reliable partner for colleagues and external stakeholders.
