A leading international law firm is seeking a Banking & Capital Markets Lawyer to join its growing Luxembourg office. The firm advises top-tier clients on complex, cross-border transactions and offers a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Your role
You will work on a broad range of banking and capital markets matters, including:
- Debt, acquisition, fund and real estate finance, restructuring, and enforcement of security interests.
- Securitisations, structured finance, derivatives, and corporate debt issuances.
- Drafting agreements, memoranda, and regulatory filings.
- Liaising with clients, regulators, and authorities.
- Supporting partners on high-value mandates and contributing to business development.
Your profile
- 3–6 years’ experience in banking, capital markets or regulatory law in Luxembourg.
- Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
- Strong business awareness and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Team-oriented, proactive and client-focused.
- Fluent in English; French or German is an asset.
- International or in-house experience welcomed.
