Your role
- Provide personalized tax advice and develop fiscal structures for corporate and finance transactions
- Draft and review fiscal and legal documents and agreements
- Work with domestic and international clients, participating to the meetings and discussing their projects
Your profile
- You have a legal background, preferably with a degree in Tax Law
- You are fluent in French and English
- You developed a solid experience in the Tax practice in the legal industry
